Adventure Block Swap Details (if participating)

With the October swap I will have enough churn dash blocks to make a quilt. Now it is time for a new block:

www.pieceandquilt.com/2011/10/star-quilt-lemoyne-star.html#more

Please note that all pieces ought to measure 3.5" square before sewing them together.

In regard to color:

for the background: a solid dark blue such as navy or a shot cotton like Kaffe Fassett's Wovens in Blue Jean for example

for the star: patterned fabric in lighter blues than the background fabric and lighter greens. Please no solids.

I have added some photos of the color feel I am going for:

Please do let me know if you have any questions in regard tot he pattern and/or color selection. I hope you have fun sewing this block for me.

Thank you ... Andrea
