When did you begin your first quilt?
I made four lap quilts for Christmas presents in 2012.
When I'm not quilting, I like to:
Well, I spend a lot of time in my craft room (the whole basement now that we've moved!!) which is my haven for unfinished projects. I tend to collect hobbies, but I always come back to sewing/quilting. I also like spending time with my friend, going to movies, and cuddling with my husband and dogs while watching tv.
Where do you find your inspiration for new quilts?
My quilting expertise is:
I'm learing as I go! I've made a couple smaller quilts, and now I'm working on a king size for my sister's wedding.
What do you hope to gain by joining the Front Range Modern Quilt Guild?
I would love to make some friends that share my love for quilting, and maybe share some ideas with each other. I would like to be an active member of this community.
