About Me

My name is Jason and I recentley became involved in quilting as I saw an awesome christmas quilt and I purchased the fabric to have my mother-in-law make the quilt for me, she decided she wanted me to help her make the quilt and that began my quilting addiction.

I've entered the Timeless Treasure A Stich Star contest!
I hope I can win it, I had to design an original design and I even threw in some custom applique! It's my first quilting competition.

Hey Jason! Welcome aboard :)

Don't listen to Melissa, she doesn't know what she's talking about. *We're* not addicts!

(Okay, I'm in denial.)

This is a safe place for us. You are safe here.

Hope to see you at the next meeting!

Hi Jason!

Welcome! It is a slippery slope from seeing something awesome to become a full-blown addict. :) There are quite a few of us like that in the guild. :)

It's a really great guild, and I hope you get the chance to snoop around at the photos here and on Facebook (we've got a couple Flickr groups, too, if you're on Flickr). Our next meeting is Saturday April 21st. Check the calendar for details, and leave a comment if you can come down for it. We have a proper guild meeting from 10-12, and then break for lunch, and then have an open sew till 5. That's a great time to get some advice, or to baste a big quilt, or to learn something new, and just hang out with fellow addicts. :)

Our FAQs are pretty thorough, but if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! I look forward to meeting you!
